At Natural Glow Skin & Beauty, we want you to feel confident in your clinical skincare journey. We accept returns or exchanges within **30 days of purchase** for valid clinical or quality reasons.

✔ Incorrect Item Sent
✔ Unopened/Not Suitable

Opened Products & Hygiene

Due to strict clinical hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products for change of mind.

Reaction Guarantee: If you experience an adverse skin reaction, we will accept a return of the opened product provided it is at least 75% full and you contact us immediately for a clinical assessment.

Return Postage & Costs

All returns must be pre-approved. Please note that return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked or recorded-delivery service, as we cannot process a refund until the item is physically received at our boutique.

Consumer Rights: This policy is in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law regarding faulty or misrepresented goods. In the rare case of a faulty item or packing error, we will fulfill our legal obligations regarding associated costs.
